Surprised at how relatively tiny the Sony WF-1000XM5 is!

The tuning is also a total departure from the XM4. I personally enjoyed the XM4 for a while despite the thick midbass and dark treble (it was my guilty pleasure set).

The XM5 has much lower midbass and has a surprising amount of treble! I would say its occasionally bright even. And vocals appear to be slightly recessed. Its bass is still quite good though.

Overall, an interesting tuning choice that will complement the XM4 and maybe a fun one for the gym where the extra spice and bass I find to be desirable traits.
